N. Y. BANKS CLOSE SATURDAYS NEW YORK, N. Y., June 24.— All other banks In the Greater New York area are expected to follow the lead of the nineteen member banks of the New York Clearing House Association, which decided to remain closed on Saturdays during July and August, under authority of the recently enacted Quinn bill, signed by Governor Herbert Lehman. The New York Stock Exchange will vote on a similar proposal next Wednesday. ■
