i SISLER JR. SIGNS UP ST. LOUIS, Mo., June 24.— George Sisler, Jr., son of the ex-first baseman of the St. Louis Browns, has signed a contract to play with the Youngstown, Ohio, club, of the Middle Atlantic League, which is a farm club of the Browns. Young Sisler, 21 years of age, only graduated from Colgate University last week, where he starred as a pitcher for three years.
