EXPECT WINN AT LATONIA LATONIA, Ky., June 24.— Col. M. J. Winn, head of Latonia, will be here Monday to assume active direction of preparations for the opening of the summer meeting here Thursday. Colonel Winn is coming from Chicago, where the Lincoln Fields meeting, over which he also presides, came to a close today. Colonel Winn will celebrate his seventy-eighth birthday next Friday, and on this occasion will receive the good wishes of his legion of friends, both in and out of racing.
