1 j Officials Who Will Serve At Randall Park Announced RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, June 29. The Randall Park Racing Association, which begins a 44-day summer meeting Friday, will be in th hands of a capable group of officials. The complete list comprises presiding steward Norris Royden, and associate stewards E. W. Stribling and L. H. Van Zandt. Placing judges are Charles Mulaney and John CKeefe, clerk of scales, Frank Bas-nett, patrol judges, Arturo Milhe and Bryan Steele. The paddock judge will also be Steele, the starter Charles H. McMillan, and identifier and timer H. Bell. William Hudson will be in charge of the jockeys room; Norman Telzrow, mutuel manager; D. C. Stearns, track veterinarian, and Luther Henderson Van Zandt, racing secretary.
