Jockey M. Duhon Suspended For Meeting at Arlington ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, HI., June 29. The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jockey M. Duhon is hereby suspended for the balance of the Arlington Park meeting and his case referred to the. Illinois Racing Board for not following instructions in the riding of the horse Monitor in the eighth race on June 26, 1948. "Valet James Davenport is hereby suspended for the balance of the Arlington Park meeting for appearing in the jockeys room for duty in an unfit condition on June 28, 1948."
