Gol. Matt J. Winn Celebrates Eighty-Seventh Birthday Today MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 29. Enjoying a well-deserved respite from the cares of staging the "greatest thoroughbred race" In the country, Col. Matt J. Winn is preparing to celebrate his eighty-seventh birthday tomorrow at a secluded oceanside retreat, not far from the hustle and bustle of this northern New Jersey course. Colonel Winn, whose name has become synonymous with the Kentucky Derby, is hale and hearty despite his advanced age and, while thousands of well wishers would gladly welcome the opportunity to offer personal congratulations, only a small circle of his most intimate friends and his family will help him celebrate this latest I milestone in his life. I
