j. s aj g on „ t " . to * ~ e- Tilden to Compete in World Pro Net Championship Meet CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 8 UP.— Bill Tilden, one of the all-time tennis greats, has signed to compete in the International Professional Tennis Championships here .June 11-17, tourney director Jack March announced today. The 58-year-old Tilden is currently a cross-country "farewell exhibition tour" with former amateur champions Pancho Gonzales and Prank Parker. March said Tilden "frankly admits that he expects to get no further than the second round against todays young upstarts." Defending champ in the tournament, be held here for the second straight year, is Pancho Segura, the South American fireball who upset Frankie Kovacs for the title.
