The council thanked Yawkey for spending perhaps more than ,000,000 to make the Red Sox a winning team and in a unani-j. mouse resolution yesterday said his efforts "aided materially in bringing considerable business to Boston . . ." The council and Mayor John B. Hynes will determine a date for the presentation.
