Repetoire Going in Preakness PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 8. — Stanley C. Mikell, fresh from a journey to Louisville, Ky., where he saw his wifes Repetoire compete unsuccessfully in the Kentucky Derby, stopped by the press box this afternoon to make the acquaintance of local scribes. Mikell reiterated that he felt the Churchill Downs track was a bit too hard for the Happy Argo colt. He assured that, barring unforeseen conditions, Repetoire would be a started in the May 19 renewal of the Preakness, the mile and three - sixteenths of which should prove more to the colts liking than the mile and a quarter of the Derby. While Mikell is* primarily interested in the Preakness, his attitude toward the proposed Jubilee Stake would indicate that the presence of Repetoire, should he be among the first four Preakness finishers, is assured.
