LUNATION was hustled to the front soon after the start, held sway throughout with a clear margin and was ridden out to the finish AVID was a forward factor white on the outside, finished well and drew clear of the others. WHY BE BLUE was energetically handled while closest to the pace and weakened near the end. RE ARENA improved position gradually and finished determinedly. RECURRING saved ground while forwardly placed, but weakened HOPEFUL SUE could not keep up. MISTIG was through early. SCOTCH SOUR moved into closer contention on the far turn, came wide into the stretch then was taken to the inside and finished determinedly. GIL KRIEGEL was a forward factor under pressure and weakened only slightly. CONFECTION saved ground and made up slight distance late. LINDAS LADY unable to reach the leaders from her outside post position early, tired THRIFTY-PAT and ALVIN H wprp outrun. HIPPOWEEZIMISS quit badly. ONILRAC began alertly and opened a long lead on the final turn under urging, then willingly gave way to the winner, but easily lasted over the others. SIR RUSTY, blocked behind horses entering the stretch, came between horses in midstretch, then finished well. GRILLING was unable to reach serious contention while losing ground on the outside. WHITE HAWK was outrun. SHIRLSON moved into close quarters on the far turn MARINIKIN quit. RECORD PLAYER was in close carters while with the first flight and faltered. FLOOD TOWN quit.
