Charles, Jr., secretary-treasurer of the New Jersey division of the HBPA, announces that the nominations for vice-president and the board of directors the Jersey division will be closed at 4:00 m. on Thursday. Owners licensed in New Jersey wishing to vote by proxy must contact Charles here at Garden State Park participate in the elections that will be on the afternoon of May 17.
