Jockey C. Rogers Fined MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J June 26. — Jockey Chris Rogers was fined* 0, by the Monmouth Park stewards this afternoon, for lodging an objection in the fourth race yesterday, that was in the opinions of the stewards, unfounded and frivolous.
