Stars and Stripes Nominee DETROIT, Mich., June 26.— Carl Grahams Fancy Flyer, crack six-year-old stakes winner and the victor in his last two Detroit track engagements, has been nominated for Arlington Parks Stars and Stripes Handicap, according to announcement today from trainer Kenneth Noe. Fancy Flyer probably will ship to the Illinois course after racing here today in the Isle Royale Purse.
