Troy Ruttman to Compete In Race at Illinois Fair SPRINGFIELD, HI., June 5 UP.— Troy Ruttman, winner of the Memorial Day 500-mile auto race at Indianapolis, will compete in the, 100-mile AAA race at the Illinois State Fair August .16. State fair manager H. W. Elliott announced that Ruttman has signed for the race and will pilot the Agajanian Special he drove in the Indianapolis race last Friday. Other State Fair entries so far include Duane Carter, Tony Bettenhausen, Paul Russo, Andy Linden, Jack McGrath, John McDowell, Jim Rigsby and Chuck Stevenson.
