W. M. Cook Sees Dentist DETROIT, Mich., June 5— Jockey William McKinley Cook, one of the better journeyman riders in Michigan this season, was forced to cancel his mounts yesterday and visit his dentist. Cook was struck by a clod during yesterday and lost one of his teeth in the mishap. The Kona, Kentucky-born reinsman plans to get back in action today.
