Ellsworth Juvenile Is Killed In Fall From Speeding Train M. A. Tenney, who arrived at Arlington Park Wednesday afternoon with 15 members of the Rex Ellsworth stable, reports the loss of the two-year-old colt Que Time en route from California to the northwest side course. Just outside of Needles, Calif., and over the vast desert plains, Tenney said, the youngster, who was in his stall in the express, car with the door open, some how or another broke the chain and fell out of the car which was going some 70 miles an hour. The juvenile was killed instantly. Tenney has in his care the Arlington Matron hopeful, Flitting Past, who won last years renewal of the Prairie State Stakes at Washington Park. He also has the two-year-olds Boo Who, winner last winter at Santa Anita; Church Member and Time to Khal, among others. George Mayberry was another to check in ;from the West Coast, bedding down the speedy Be Fleet and Valquest and seven other members of the Andrew J. Crevolin string. v The Arlington Park 36-day meeting gets under way on June 16.
