Hawks to Stay in Milwaukee MILWAUKEE, Wis., May 15 UP.— Ben Kerner, owner of the Milwaukee Hawks of the National Basketball Association, said today that he would keep his team in Milwaukee for another season. He had threatened to pull out of Milwaukee and move the squad to Washington for the 1953-54 NBA season, but he was granted a lower rental fee for the Milwaukee Arena and Kerner said he would remain here. *
