ALL IS WELL raced in closest pursuit of PLAY TOY, wrested command from the latter in the early stretch and gradually drew away. PLAY TOY held a commanding lead to the stretch, offered little resistance to the winner, but held on fairly well after being displaced. RUTHRED lost ground racing forwardly placed on the outside and could not get up. MARCH BRAT had to twice be steadied while slipping through narrow openings next to the rail and was hanging at the end. CIRCUS CLOWN did not respond for the drive. ALAMANDA was taken in hand after the start, saved ground improving position, then raced slightly wide into the stretch and hung. PREFECT, unable to keep up early despite alert handling, saved ground in the drive and finished well. MONMOUTH raced on the outside and lacked a rally. ETERNAL DANGER quit. ELMOS CHOICE tired.
