Rogers Clashes With Fusaro In Rainbo Headliner Tonight Sammy Rogers, 21 -year-old lightweight from Benton Harbor, Mich., who in a short time has gone from the role of preliminary fighter to a main event status, gets his big test when he clashes with Waldo Fusaro, Rome, Italy, lightweight, in the eight-round main event in the Rainbo Arena tonight. Sammy is being hailed as one of the better young fistic discoveries to have come along in the past few years. He has engaged in 16 professional fights winning 15. Fusaro, making his ninth American appearance, has had a total of 52 fights, losing but 5. The young Italian has been flashing steady improvement, and gradually getting used to the American way of fighting, and living.
