Milwaukee Hawks Sign Two MILWAUKEE, Wis., UP, Aug. 25. The Milwaukee Hawks basketball team today announced the signing of two high scoring stars from the University of Washington. Hawk general manager Ben Kerner said forward Bob Houbregs and guard Joe Cipriano had agreed to terms and would report for the opening of the Hawk training season Sept. 28.
