Ohio Notes HAMILTON, Ohio, Aug. 25. Veteran Stanley Austin checked in at Hamilton over the week-end and swung into action on the Monday program. Austin is an experienced rider on the sharp half-mile turns and will certainly make his presence felt here. The first claim of the meeting was registered in the fifth race on Monday as C. Bachelor took Onilrac for the ,000 claiming price. Bachelor proved an astute halterman for Onilrac was the winner of the six and a half furlong sprnt. Chariley Elder was absent from the riding scene here for the past two days upon the advice of his physician Who advised four days of complete rest for the young-" ster. Elders inactivity gave Colin Knisley a chance to tie for the leading rider award at Hamilton and both riders were deadlocked with nine winners at the start of todays program. The second edition of the Hamilton condition books are in the hands of the printers and will be out later this week.
