VINITA ED assumed command at cr.ce, drew clear, established the pace and prevailed under intermittent pressure. LITTLE HOPE came through along the inside to gain a forward position, but was unable to reach the winner. HYOPOLIS, forwardly placed on the outside, lacked a late rally. RIBBED, reserved within striking distance of the pace, was unable to threaten under pressure. HULLIE was shuffled back at the start and passed tiring horses in the late stages NO SKIS showed nothing. BLEMISH went in the air at the start, was bothered soon after the break, moved up close to the pace and faltered. BOBBY NOVECK forced the pace and quit. POMANDER swerved leaving the barrier. GOOD BOY retired steadily after breaking with his field.
