Schedule Election of Ohio HBPA Division Tomorrow RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, Aug. 25. Stuart C. Bullock, secretary-treasurer of the Ohio division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, reminded horsemen racing here at Randall, at Hamilton, and at Wheeling Downs, in. West Virginia, that Thursday, August 27, is election day for the Ohio HBPA division. The incumbent vice-president, Raymond E. Pollock, is without opposition and thus will lead the division for another year. The following were nominated for committeemen : George Bills, Jr., Danny Davies, DoUg Davis, Jr., Victor Decavitch, Roy Dollaway, S. B. Fischback, N. L. Haymaker, N. G. Hills, Eddie Moran, Dale Nihart, Cecil Rogers, William Sklenicka, Troy "Curly" Trusler, Leo Wagner and Dr. E:; E. Watson. Bullock calls attention of horsemen to the national rules of the HBPA which require every division to have at least three persons on each committee who are owners only; the other seven may be either owner-trainers or trainers only. Nick Thomas and committeemen Curley Trusler will handle the ballots at Wheeling Downs, while Bullock and committeeman Decavitch will handle this detail at the Ohio tracks.
