Take Pre-Trial Depositions In Bay Meadows Charity Case SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Aug. 25. Subpoenas ordering William P. Kyne and six associates to appear before notary public Harold Hart for pre-trial desposi-tions regarding the attorney generals probe of the Bay Meadows charity funds have been issued. Kyne has been ordered to appear September 1, while Dale Wolfe, E. J. Benn, Joseph Cohen, Les Vogel, Jr., Samuel Whiting and William Ireland are to appear the previous day. The case is scheduled for trial before San Mateo County Superior Judge Murray Draper September 10. Clarence Linn, assistant attorney general, indicated that the purpose of the pre-trial examination is to cover the area which will be the subject of the case and to check on certain facts.
