The following ruling: was issued here today: "In accordance with the provisions of Rule 115 of the Rules of Racing-, permission is hereby granted W. Resse-gruct for the sale of the horse, Mr. Benton, claimed at Narragransett Park on July 4, 1953, to Albert Davigrnon. By . order of the Rhode Island Racing- and Athletics Commission."
