Standard Oil to Present-65 Grid Games on Airlanes Standard Oil Co., of Indiana, announced yesterday that it will sponsor radio and television broadcasts of 65 Midwestern football games this fall. In addition to sponsoring telecasts of the Chicago Cardinals and Chicago Bears home games and broadcasts of all road games of the Bears, Standard will sponsor a schedule of 38 college game broadcasts. The college game broadcasts include 10 games of the University of Colorado over" KOA at Denver, 10 of the University of Nebraska on KFAB at Omaha, nine of the University of Iowa over WHO at Des Moines, nine of the University of Wisconsin on WTMJ at Milwaukee, and nine , of the University of Wichita on KWBB, Wichita, Kan. Harold "Red" Grange will call the play on telecasts of the Bears and Cards home games and Jack Brickhouse will describe the Bears home and road games on a special radio network throughout the Midwest.
