The following ruling was issued today: "In accordance with the provisions of Rule 115 of the Rules of Racing, permission is hereby granted A. Donofrio, to sell the horse Hasty Heart, claimed on July 23, 1953 at f. Narragansett Park, to Herman Silverman. By order of the Rhode Island Racing and Athletics Commission." "
