.Stewards Rulings HAZEL PARK, Mich., Aug. 26. The Hazel Park stewards posted the following notice here today: "Any trainer wishing to scratch part of an entry must have the scratch in at least one hour before post time of the first race of that day." HAZEL PARK, Mich., Aug. 26. The board of stewards ruled here today: "Jockey H. Craig is fined 00 for misjudging the finish of the third race August 25." ATLANTIC CITY, Mays Landing, N. J., Aug. 26. The stewards today issued rulings suspending jockey Jorge Contreras and apprentice Roger LeBIanc 10 days apiece for careless riding during Tuesdays program. Contreras was astride Night Baker in the fourth race, while LeBlancs offense was committed astride Marble Hall in the eighth race. Both horses were disqualified after having finished in the money. The suspensions of Contreras and LeBIanc will run from August 28 through September8. STOCKTON, Calif., Aug. 26. The stewards issued the following rulings Tuesday: "For not keeping his mount straight and causing interference in the running of the tenth race Saturday, August, 12, while astride First English, jockey Bernard Pludow is suspended for 10 county fair racing days, commencing August 24 and ending September T. Jockey Pludow may accept mounts for September 8. "For crossing over and causing interference after leaving the gate in the tenth race, August 24, while astride Itchingtogo, jockey Ralph Zufelt is suspended for 10 county fair racing days, commencing August 26 and ending September 9. Jockey Zufelt may accept mounts for September 19." - LONG BRANCH, Ont., Aug. 26. By order of the stewards, the following ruling was posted: "For crossing over and causing interference in the back-stretch during the running of the second race on Tuesday, August 25 when astride Uerlove, apprentice jockey George Duprey is suspended for the last two days of the Long Branch meeting and the first three days of the Woodbine meeting August 28-29 and September 5-8, inclusive, five racing days."
