[Orioles Sell Pitcher Miller I BALTIMORE, Md., May 13 UP .—The Baltimore Orioles announced today that southpaw pitcher Bill Miller has been sold to Toronto of the International League. Miller was cut from the Oriole roster Wednesday with no explanation of his future status, and yesterday he threatened to take his case to baseball commissioner Ford Frick. In todays announcement, the Orioles management said no other major league club claimed the 27-year-old ex-Yankee.
