Air time will be 3:15 to 3:30 Central Daylight Time. Fred Caposella will describe the race on TV, and Art Fleming will handle the color. Jack McCarthy will broadcast the race on radio.. However, there will be no Chicago outlet for either television or radio of the broad-| cast.
