Strawn.Tl Fort Miami veterinarian, and Stanley Morgan, chemist at the Ben-Venue Labora-tj tories, Bedford, where saliva and urine samples of winning horses In the state are analyzed. Dr. Strawn related in detail the procedure for the taking of saliva samples at Fort Miami. Morgan described the drug, procaine, as a "pain killer." Following the taking of evidence, thU commission announced the suspension of ! trainer Kennedy for one year, whiles charges against Mrs. Kennedy were dis J missed. m The Commission also voted to summofl before it May 23 four Beulah Park officiaM to show cause why they should not be per | manently suspended for voiding a claim May 7. The ,500 claim was for the horse Marys Frank and was filed by Mariani Becker. The latter was represented before! the board by James Deleone, ColumbuJl ■ attorney. ■ The four Beulah officials cited by thll commission were: stewards Tow SanfordJ i E. W. Stribling. and Monte Weil and racing secretary E. W. Bury. Commissioner Thomas Lloyd made the motion to cite the four officials and it war seconded by commissioner Otto Elliott.
