I — ! ■ — I | Stewards Rulings | PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 13.— By order of the stewards, the following ruling was posted here today: "Assistant trainer Allen Daly is fined 0 for causing jockey Philip I. Grimm to enter a frivolous claim of foul after the finish of the fourth race Thursday, May 12." WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, W. Va., May 13-The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Deep Fen, which finished first in the sixth race May 12, was set back to third place for coming over on Wees-free, Classy Belle and King Cameron after leaving the gate. King Cameron who finished second was placed first and Weesfree who finished third was placed second. Jockey Joseph French, who was astride Deep Fen, was suspended 10 racing days for rough riding, direct cause of the disqualification. "Official order of finish: 1— King Cameron; 2 — Weesfree; 3— Deep Fen, and 4 — Joe Cream." ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 13. — The Ascot Park stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Jockey Edward Plesa is hereby fined the sum of 0 for making a frivolous claim of foul in the fourth race May 12." BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 13. — The stewards issued the following ruling here this morning: "Trainer E. G. Mahoney is fined 5 for entering a horse not eligible for the sixth race May 12, 1955." _____ GOLDEN GATE FIELDS, Albany, Calif., May 13. — The board of stewards today issued the following ruling: "For failing to rein a straight course in the stretch run of the third race, May 12, and illegal use of his elbow which caused interference to the winner, Sunny Gal, Jockey Gerald Yeut-ter, who rode Frayed, is fined 00 and suspended five racing days, effective May 17 and terminating May 21." DUFFERIN PARK, Toronto, Ont., May 13. — The stewards issued the following rulings: "Jockey Russell Oliver is suspended for five racing days May 16-20, inclusive for careless riding in the first race on Thursday, May 12, when astride On the Lam. He came in too sharply at the first turn, shutting off Mascara Boy. "Jockey Bill Hawksworth is suspended for 10 racing days May 16-26, inclusive for rough riding in the fifth race on Thursday, May 12.
