"Upon application, the case of jockey Robert Lee Faulkner was thoroughly discussed, and it is the order of this commission that jockey Robert Lee Faulkner be returned to good standing as of this date. "Upon application, apprentice jockey Jerry Eugene Fisher appeared before the commission and, after a review of his case, it is the order of this com-0 mission that the ruling made by the stewards of Rillito race track, Tucson, Ariz., dated April 10, 1955, be sustained and that his suspension shall continue through June 30, 1955. "The case of owner-trainer Hurchell Earl Hutton was reviewed and it is the order of this commission that the nil-5 ing made by the stewards of Sports-7 mans Park at Phoenix, Ariz., dated April 23, 1955, be sustained and that his suspension shall continue for six months, terminating October 23, 1955. "The case of owner-trainer Jack J. Inglish, suspended December 13, 1954, for one year for possession of forbidden equipment and drugs, was brought before the commission and, after further discussion, it was the* order of this commission that Jack J. Inglish be returned to good standing as of this date. "Upon application, the case of owner- trainer Arthur Jack Kimmel was re- viewed, and it is the order of this commission that the ruling made by the stewards* of Sportsmans Park at Phoenix, Ariz., dated March 12, 1955, be sustained and that his suspension shall continue for 90 days for negli- gence and failure to protect his horses, this suspension terminating June 10, 1955. "The case of owner-trainer Mary M. Nelson was reviewed, and it is the order of this commission that the ruling made by the stewards of Rillito race track, Tucson, Ariz., dated April 27, 1955, be sustained and that her suspension shall continue through June 30, 1955."
