Hills Teammate Joins Bears Alton Romine, a six-foot, two-inch end and former teammate of Harlon Hill at Florence State Teachers College, Alabama, has signed a contract with the Chicago Bears, it was announced yesterday. Hill, who was a great pass-catcher with the Bears in his rookie season, teamed up with Romine two years ago to give Florence one of the best offenses in small college football.
