Stewards Rulings WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., June 3. — The Balmoral stewards issued the following: ruling here today: "Groom Randall Lee Beliles, 1819 Red Bank Road, Evansville, Indiana, social security No. 317,42,4382, TRPB No. 55164, is suspended for the balance of the meeting, ending June 18, and it is recommended to, the Illinois Racing Board that his suspension be continued indefinitely pending investigation of charges of auto theft and assault with a deadly weapon brought against him by Cook County "police." SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 3. — . The stewards here issued the following ruling Thursday: "Trainer David D. Fuchs is suspended and his case is referred to the Massachusetts State Racing Commission for falsification of his application for a trainers license." THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 3. — The ThistleDown stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Jockey John Nazareth is this day fined 0.00 for unnecessarily using his hands on a horse other than the one he was riding in the fifth race on Wednesday, June 1, 1955." RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 3.— The stewards today issued the following ruling: "Jockey Ronnie Holley is hereby suspended for 10 days from June 6 to June 16, inclusive, for rough riding -while astride Tanglewood soon after the Start in the sixth race on June 2." HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood, Calif., June 3. — The • Holly wood Park stewards today issued the following rulings: "For violation of claiming rule No. 1713, Thomas C. Dante, owner and trainer, is .suspended 30 days, June 3 to and including July 2. During the period of his suspension he is denied all privileges of the grounds and all horses owned, wholly or in part, and/or trained by him will be denied entry. "For causing a disturbance in the clubhouse and using profane language to an usher, trainer Roy F. Colosia,- is fined the sum of ?200." AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 3. — The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jockey John Thille is suspended for five racing days for crowding the field away from the gate, while up on his mount, Undone, during the running of the sixth race, Wednesday, June 1, Jockey Thille will be eligible to accept mounts for Saturday, June 11. "Owner-trainer Howard Jones is fined 5.00 for failure to be present in the sampling room with his horse, Yes Doll, winner of the second race on * Thursday, June 2. "Trainer V. V. Long, Jr., is fined 5.00 for failure to be present in the sampling room with his horse, Barts Enegry, winner of the seventh race on Thursday, June 2. "Apprentice jockey Lawrence Unger is suspended for five racing days for*" crowding the field away from the gate, while up on his mount, English Lad, during the running of the sixth race on Wednesday, June 1, 1955. Apprentice jockey Unger will be eligible to accept mounts for Saturday, June 11, 1955. "Ex-jockey Jerry Gallion was ordered ejected from the grounds for , exercising horses without a license; and ineligible to secure same due to an existing ruling in the State of Colorado. He is denied access to and the privileges of these grounds. * "This case is referred to the Nebras-ko State Racing Commission with the recommendation that he be permanently barred from all grounds coming under their jurisdiction. "Ex-jockey agent Albert Russell Scroggins Russell Albert Scroggins was on this date ejected ,as an undesirable and ordered barred from all grounds coming under the jurisdiction of the stewards. "This case is referred to the Ne-w brffska State Racing Commission with the recommendation that this subject be permanently barred in the State of Nebraska."
