Commission Rulings Rerorted to Daily Racing Form * I CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., May 6.— The West Virginia. Racing Commission has issued the following rulings under the date of May 1, 1957: "Suspension dated October 31, 1956, against jockey John Soto, is changed from an indefinite suspension to one year from original suspension, which expires on October 31. 1957. Jockey Soto is not denied privileges of the grounds and may be employed in other capacities other than jockey. "Suspension against trainer R. C. Chatman, dated February 23, 1957, at Charles Town, for a period of six months is upheld by the commission. Suspension will expire on August 23, 1957. "It is noted that suspension dated July tS, 1954. against jockey Michael Pantone for remainder of meeting, which closed on August 14, 1954, was not acted upon by the commission at hat time and should have expired at the close of said meeting. August 14, 1954. Mr. Pantone is now in good standing in West Virginia.*
