TUSSLE PATCH failed to be a serious threat at any stage, although finishing steadily. SIR TRIBAL was in tight quarters repeatedly while attempting to find an opening next to the rail and was used up from his early efforts. JIMMY THE ONE trailed to the stretch, then passed tiring horses. ALMAS HEART went well for seven Turlongs. BETTER GOODS had some early speed. SAM SLICK appeared to be overmatched. EIGHTH RACE 1 MILE.
