Complete Bouts at Delaware DELAWARE*" PARK, Stanton, Del., June 26 — A full card of .seven bouts was completed last night at Delaware Park with 300 hardy fans braving the showers. The windup bout of the evening resulted in a draw between light heavyweights Mason Jackson of the Bill Mitchell stable and Charles Howard from the Johnny Forbes stable.
