Murchison Withdraws Offer . To Purchase Charles Town Oval WASHINGTON, D. C, June 26. — Through his Washington office, Texas millionaire, Clint W. Murchison, announced yesterday that he had withdrawn his offer, reported to have been about ,000,000, for the Charles Town, W. Va., race track. Murchisons representative said negotiations were suspended several weeks ago because of the illness of Albert J. Boyle, ■who, with his wife, is the owner of the three-quarter mile track. Charles Town is scheduled to open this Saturday for a 43-day meeting.
