George Cook to Visit Tracks Regarding Stalls at Wheeling HAZEL PARK, Mich., June 26.— Hazel Park officials today announced that George Cook has been employed to contact horsemen in regard to stalls for the summer meeting at Wheeling Downs, W. Va. Hazel Park currently has the high bid of ,780,-000 on file to purchase the track which was put up for auction by the federal government. A court hearing will be held Friday to determine if Hazel Parks bid will be accepted or rejected. Cook was at Waterford Park, Chester, W. Va., today. He will be at River Downs, Cincinnati, on Thursday and Friday and then go over to ThistleDown, -near Cleveland, on Saturday.
