Grant Leader Again LAUREL. Md., April 30.— Howard Grant has nailed down his third successive jockey crown in- Laurels spring meets, and the 20-year-old Cincinnati reinsman will be presented a gift by the Laurel management Friday afternoon. Grants total is 36, nine more than the number scored by Joe Culmone, the runner-up. Grants Laurel record is 42, established last spring.
