Martin Cerel Elected Director Of Suffolk Downs Association EAST BOSTON, Mass., April 30.— Martin Cerel, realtor, of Natick, Mass., was elected to the board of directors of Eastern Racing Association, Inc., operator of Suffolk Downs, at the annual meeting of the stock-holders recently. Cerel is president of the Westward Developers Associates, Inc., Cerel-Druker Redevelopment Corporation and Cerel-Perini Associates, Inc., and is chairman of the board of Per ini -Westward Developers, Inc. He owns, controls or has substantial interests in 11 industrial parks in Massachusetts. Cerel also heads the Massachusetts Real Estate Division of the American Cancer Society and is honorary chairman of the fund raising committee for the new Temple Israel in Natick. Mrs. Frances Tomasello was re-elected to the board, Earl F. Gibson was re-elected treasurer, and Edward P. Brown, clerk. Laurence P. Harrington and Co., was selected as auditor in other business that transpired at the annual meeting.
