Schenkel to Air Features CAMDEN, N. J., April 30. — Veteran sports announcer Chris Schenkel will describe the feature race at Garden State Park Monday through Fridays over WIP in Philadelphia. The broadcasts are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. EDT. Color and interviews will be handled by Jim Learning; popular sports authority in the City of Brotherly Love.
