Racing Bill Approved OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., April 30. — A bill which would legalize horse racing and pari-mutuel betting was approved today by a committee of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Rep. Virgil Tinker of Fairfax said he was undecided as to whether he would call the bill up for house consideration. A number of persons appeared before the committee to urge approval of the bill. No one spoke against the measure.
