Flanagan Gets Chase Post STANTON, Del., April 30. — Joseph W. Flanagan has been appointed steward representing the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association for Delaware Parks race meeting opening on Friday, May 29. S. Bryce Wing and James Park were appointed visiting members of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association.
