f EPSOM DOWNS TURF NOTES T $ 4 Former jockey Ray Holloway, who is training the horses owned by R. F. Coppage, as well as a large division of the J. C. Ellis horses, has completed arrangements for the transfer of the horses to the Fair Grounds in New Orleans Monday night John Carey, placing judge and clerk of scales at Epsom Downs, will leave Saturday night for Galveston, where he will visit with relatives pending the opening of Alamo Downs, where he is a member of the official family at the San Antonio track. Sammy Hicks received word that stabling accommodations have been reserved for the D. J. Sullivan III. thoroughbreds at Arlington Downs and he will ship to that point the latter part of the week. The fleet two-year-old filly Trina heads the useful stable under the supervision of the former jockey. George Keeton divided his stable, sendinrr Emigrante, Triolet and Irish Wake to Ar-lington Downs Thursday morning and the outfit will be augmented over the week-end by the four horses that remain here until the close of Epsom Downs Saturday.
