BLESSED EVENT BARRED SALEM, N. H.. Oct. 23. Due to the testimony of trainer W. E. Jones and the unsatisfactory race of Blessed Event, it was recommended by the stewards the horse be barred from racing for a period of sixty days. The stewards recommended to the State Racing Commission the suspension of jockey D. Dubois and apprentices C. Kamar and C. Bier-man, for five days for rough riding on the final day of the meeting.
