MARLBORO OPENS AUGUST 24 CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 15. Dick Pending, track superintendent of the Marlboro, Md., track, was a visitor. He states, his plant is being remodeled for the ten-day session beginning August 24. Pending was accompanied by Happy Rogers and Mike Barshak.
