AMAZER dashed to the front at once and, going well all the way, was beaten in the last few strides. BILKAN came fast through the stretch and was gaining rapidly at the finish. NAKASUN made the early pace but quit when the real racing began. SWEET BERT had early speed but quit badly in the stretch. The others appeared outclassed. THIRD RACE 5 1-2 FURLONGS. BOON TIME, close up at all times, came around the field turning for home and was easily best of the others. RUSH PLAY helped IMPEACH make the early pace, but tired in the run home.
