SEALINE was outrun for half the distance,, then came with a rush on the outside to head the field in the stretch, but had to be shaken up near the end to hold ROGER WITCH. The latter was a strong contender from the start and, continuing gamely, was gaining on the winner at the end. SCHOLAR GIRL showed a good effort to finish well. KISSIE closed some ground. BURNING UP closed much ground in the last quarter. PARGO was outrun all the way. ON THE GO was done after going three-quarters and quit to almost a walk in the stretch.
